Simple, transparent event valet pricing
How pricing works
- Event valet is a flat rate for up to five hours of service.
- Each hour beyond the first five is billed at $25.20 per hour, per valet.
- Additional charges may apply based on the location of the event.
- If you'd like valets to refuse tips, a $15 per hour, per valet gratuity charge is added in their place.
- A fee may apply for an in-person site survey by a manager prior to the event.
- Prices may increase on holidays, during December and January, and for events during Super Bowl week.
Deposits & cancellations
- A deposit of 50% of the valet invoice is due on or before two weeks prior to the event.
- Events are fully refundable up until two weeks in advance.
- Within two weeks, the deposit is refundable with a 10% penalty, up until 48 hours before the event.
- Within 48 hours of the event, a 30% penalty applies — 20% of which can be applied toward a future event.
