Epic Valet began in 1998 as a final project for a Business Entrepreneurship degree at Arizona State University. OUR STANDARD
Training that sets our valets apart
Every Epic professional completes a comprehensive training program before working their first shift. New team members complete video training and Learning Management System (LMS) quizzes to confirm comprehension, and they receive hands-on instruction from our experienced valets and management team. Throughout employment, valets have access to an employee handbook and online training manual at all times, plus continued education and a dedicated management team that provides clear communication and direction on every shift — especially when policies change.
